Our Return Policy
We want you to love your GRND gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In their original, unworn, unwashed condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Not marked as Final Sale
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Undergarments and socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Customised or personalised items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
How to Return
- Email hello@grnd.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (domestic orders only).
- Pack your items securely and drop off at any registered courier partner.
- Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 days to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items. Simply mention your preferred replacement when initiating your return and we'll ship the new item as soon as we receive your original.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at hello@grnd.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We'll make it right immediately — no questions asked.
